WES SC1000 - IBC containment is compatible with other WES standard products to form simple and cost effective temorary and permanent chemical dosing solutions.
Safe and compliant (110% bunding) no need to check for and pump out rainwater.
The DosingCube concept provides an ideal solution for most temporary or emergency situations providing a safe and easily commissioned method to establish a metered dose of chemical from an existing storage facility, temporary IBC or carboys, etc.
The CUBE concept is also available as a stand alone solar powered unit requiring no external power source.
WES carry a number of DosingCubes in stock allowing turnaround from requirement to operation in a matter of hours or days in most cases. A number of DosingCubes are also available for hire if required.
More extensive requirements can be dealt with by building systems into standard ISO shipping containers which offer the advantages of quick availability, eased of transportation and do not present any planning issues on sensitive locations where an temporary or emergency facility may be required.

A fully secure & robust shipping container with a bunded 4 m3 chemical storage tank and digital dosing pumps (dosing CUBEs are
used to determine pumping capacity). The Cubes are self contained providing all of the associated valves, screens and safety features supplied with permanent systems. There is also space within the package to hold IBCs if the customer prefers this option.
The modular design allows for rapid modifications to make this system suitable for most applications.
A variety of control options are available on the standard system from manual to flow proportional dosing.
