Biofouling and MIC
WES have strong links with the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and are recognised as the Technical Authority for specialist marine biofouling applications. Microbiologically influenced corrosion (Mic) is a major problem for surface and sub-surface vessels.

The HSE believe that the guidance sets out Good Practise in the chemical industry and distribution and storage and commends its use.
IBC's have become widely used not just in transport as they were originally designed, but also for longer term storage and other activities.....
