Our trademarked DosingCube™ is used in a number of different applications from single use with IBC’s to perform temporary or emergency duties or as part of a modular and interchangeable system for ease of use and process/maintenance efficiency (just replace one for another, can be returned to WES for annual service with no disruption to the end users process).

DS1500 fully enclosed Chemical dosing system
The popular DS1500 is a versatile self-contained system. It can be used as a cost-effective way of simple and low complexity chemical dosing or it can incorporate a full duty standby arrangement ideal for where there may be a limited footprint. This unit can be modified to suit a number of different applications, including bag loaders and other powder make up systems.
DS2500/5000 fully enclosed Chemical dosing system
Fully enclosed chemical dosing systems comprising a GRP enclosure/cover fitted to a fabricated Polyethylene bund into which is fitted a 2500 or 5000 Litre Polyethylene storage tank. Single duty or duty/standby pumps can be fitted with dose rates up to 150 Litres/hr.
CDS 100 Automatic Duty Standby changeover device
Larger volumetrically than the DS1500 but incorporating many of the same principles. Easily transportable means that site installation times can be minimised. These units are manufactured at our Basingstoke facility and can be delivered to site on low loader and crane or via Hiab. Extremely versatile they are suitable for a number of different applications and can be modified to suit specific process requirements.

A versatile, fully enclosed, heavy duty, bunded chemical IBC store, comprising a weatherproof, lockable, polyethylene (UV stabilised LDPE) enclosure with durable swing -out doors & upper roller shutter on both sides for ease of loading.
An economical, heavy duty, unblockable chemical diffusion system, comprising a weather proof polyethylene fabricated chemical channel with weir slots, & a stainless steel “across channel” suspension & levelling system.
