Our Services

Design, procure, manufacture, factory test, deliver/offload and on-site commissioning of:

1 PACL dosing system comprising GRP kiosk fitted with process plant, control panel and all services, 2 dosing cabinets with d/d/st pumps,

4 point-of-application delivery cabinets.

The site mechanical & electrical installation has been carried out by the main contractor.


Details

The Ringsend site [Dublin] is undergoing enhancements to increase the treatment capacity and standard of the existing secondary stage sequence batch reactors [SBR’s] to promote biological removal of phosphorous.

There is an existing integrated chemical storage/dosing package for polyaluminium chloride chemical [PACL at 18% w/w] that will continue to serve 2 of the 6 existing treatment batch streams, and our bespoke design & build package plant will provide a tripling of the existing PACL dosing system, serving 4 treatment streams.  The WES plant is a fully offsite built and tested single lift package dosing system, for which a comprehensive remote customer factory acceptance test [cFAT] was undertaken via Teams call.  Following installation by the main contractor, WES will attend site to commission the dosing system into process operation later this summer.
