Coronavirus – Service levels and our response

During this unprecedented period, the company is committed to providing an optimum level of service whilst complying with public health guidelines and ensuring the welfare of our employees.

The following provides a summary of the current service levels across our activities/departments:

Head office

Open and manned by a skeleton team – desk-based employees digitally connected to the IT and telephone systems and working from home. Contact with individuals can be made as normal via the usual telephone and email routes. All home-based employees have video conferencing facilities via “Microsoft teams”.

Sales & Proposals

Operating as normal albeit home working.

Engineering & contracts

Operating as normal – partly home, partly office working.

Workshop & manufacture

Workshop activities were suspended on Tuesday 24th March until 4th May. A skeleton crew remains for deliveries and urgent essential activities. This will be reviewed week commencing 4th May.

Site activities

Operating with a reduced team prioritising “essential” work. This is under constant review as we react to changing customer needs and site access restrictions.
