Leading specialist in design, engineering and supply of chemical dosing systems WES has concluded an agreement to distribute pioneering AquiSense ultraviolet (UV) water disinfection solutions in the UK.
The mercury-free and chemical-free AquiSense PearlAqua range offers impressive key selling points including ‘instant on’ full power operation with unlimited cycling, low power consumption, and mains, battery or solar operation.
The range comprises of three UV light-emitting diode (LED) water disinfection platforms including the world’s smallest UV-C water treatment system – the PearlAqua Micro – which is compact enough for ‘point of use’, off-grid or mobile applications.
Also included in the range are the PearlAqua and the PearlAqua OEM platforms. Their new design features an easy-to-replace UV-C LED lamp module and configurable options, including forced air cooling, onboard data logging and digital I/O for device functionality.
All three self-contained units employ advanced chemical and mercury-free LEDs with a lamp life up to 10,000 hours to provide over 99.99% pathogen reduction.
