DLTA1020PVT2000UAC030EN0 - ProMinent Delta Dosing Pump

  • Solenoid Dosing Pump
  • 18.1 lph, 10 bar
  • PVDF/PTFE/Ceramic
  • 100-240/1/50-60
  • 36,000:1 turndown

The delta® pump is the first pump worldwide with controlled solenoid drive. The suction and pressure strokes are fully monitored and can be adapted to the individual application. The delta pump is equipped for almost any application thanks to numerous drive options as well as the connection via Profibus® or CANbus to the central control station. The pump is equipped with the option “Process Timer” and thus can be used as control centre in cases where otherwise programmable logic controllers would be required.

Advantages:

  • Flexible adaptation to the metering task ensuring optimal metering accuracy
  • The integrated injection control optoGuard® detects hydraulic failures which can then be messaged via the optional relays
  • High level of economy thanks to savings with regard to accessories such as e.g. pulsation dampeners, flow monitoring etc.
  • High metering accuracy even at varying backpressure

Features:

  • Continuous or pulsating dosing
  • Programmable suction and delivery stroke duration
  • Pump can be adapted to the dosing media
  • Integrated injection control optoGuard® detects blocked dosing points, broken dosing lines and air or gas bubbles trapped in the dosing head
  • Capacity range 7,5 – 75 l/h, 25 -2 bar
  • Stroke length continuously adjustable from 0 – 100% (recommended range 30 – 100%)
  • Acrylic glass, PVDF and stainless steel material versions
  • Patented coarse/fine ventilation
  • Detection and indication of diaphragm failure (optional)
  • Adjustment and display of pump delivery from the keypad with choice of display in l/h or strokes/min
  • Large backlit graphic display
  • External control options via volt-free contacts with optional increase/reduce speed pulse
  • Optional external control via standard 0/4-20 mA signal
  • Interfaces for PROFIBUS® or CANopen
  • 14-day process timer option* for time and event-dependent dosing duties
  • Connection for 2-stage level switch
  • 3 LED displays for operation and warning and error message in plain text
  • Optional concentration input for volume-proportional dosing

Applications:

  • Highly automated processes, in particular also filling processes in all industries
  • Processes where continuous metering is required such as e.g. metering of antiscalants in diaphragm engineering (smallest continuous metering volume approx. 12 ml/h)
  • Metering of gassing and high-viscosity media
