  • Piston Diaphragm Pump
  • 2.4-24 lph, 10 bar
  • PVC
  • 380-415/3/50-60

Alltech FKM Piston-diaphragm metering pumps are rated from 0-0.8 up to 0-3,072 l/h, pressures to 50 bar, and designed as single or twin head pump. They offer linear and continuous adjustment of the output in the range of 0-100% while the pump is on duty or out of operation.

Available materials for wetted parts are: PVC, PP, PVDF, SS 316 Ti and steel-encased plastics. All metering pumps of this type include a pressure relief valve according to DIN EN 809 and are also available with alarm sensors. Zero point is infinitely adjustable.

Pumps can be fixed speed, variable speed via inverter, integrated Triggomat electronics for 4-20ma control, manual stroke length adjustment or equipped with servomotors for automatic stroke control via a 4-20mA control signal.

These metering pumps meet the highest requirements in operational reliability and accuracy.

Alltech piston diaphragm metering pumps are built in a modular concept. This guarantees high flexibility in combining the pump elements for various areas of applications.

By using different materials and designs for the liquid end, Alltech metering pumps may be used for the dosing of almost all kinds of chemicals.

The integrated pressure relief valve guarantees maximum security.

Advantages of piston diaphragm metering pumps over other types of liquid pumps (piston pumps, diaphragm pumps)

Hermetic separation of the environment from the chemicals by means of dosing diaphragms

Leakage-free operation

High suction capacity and dosing accuracy through piston diaphragm system
