WES Group expands its chemical dosing hire fleet

July 18, 2018

WES Group has expanded its short to medium term hire service for containerised chemical dosing systems.

The company’s hire service, which was originally introduced to meet demand for a flexible option for use in plant shutdowns, scheduled maintenance or refurbishments, has proved so popular that the hire range is being expanded.

Customers in the water and wastewater sector are now able to hire  5000 or 7500 litre chemical storage tanks that are ready to be shipped direct to site.  Each tank is fully bunded and configured with all appropriate ancilliaries, including a tanker fill point and control panel, level instruments, alarms and an outlet valve box. Factory tested and pallet mounted, the WES systems are ready for immediate mobilisation and rapid Hiab placement. If larger storage volumes are required, multiple tanks can also be linked together.

Dick Tett, Sales and Marketing Director, explains that, “Since we introduced our hire service, we have seen many customers use our services to overcome a range of short term challenges, including  emergency cover and planned maintenance. The decision to extend our range to include larger chemical storage tanks brings even greater versatility to customers.”

Hire equipment must be easy to move, fast to install and straightforward to commission. WES hire systems are palletised or containerised to simplify logistics and are robust and weatherproof to maximise location flexibility. Hiring a system, over the short or even longer term, can also make the cost of installing new chemical dosing technology far simpler, with a relatively low monthly cost that falls under OPEX budgets.

WES prides itself on its ability to do what it takes to solve problems and address issues for its customer. By extending its hire service offering, the company is bringing even more options to customers. WES can also supply dosing pumps and systems, installation services and any other ancillary items needed to get mainstream process services back on line – quickly, safely and reliably.
